Disability Strategy at the International School of
Corporeal Mime

Corporeal Mime requires a minimum level of health and fitness. People with certain conditions such as the loss of a limb would be unable to benefit fully from the training. If you are unsure whether you meet these critieria, you are welcome to call us to discuss your needs or alternatively please consult with your doctor.

The International School of Corporeal Mime welcomes people with dyslexia, impaired hearing, speech impediments and diabetes.

The School is situated in a communal workspace which has wheelchair access and toilets for the disabled. Disabled members of the public are welcome to attend open performances such as the end of year show, subject to availablilty of space.

In the future when the School expands and moves to larger premises, we intend to develop links with local disability centres in order to explore ways to open up Corporeal Mime to disabled communities.
